2. Service Description

ClassiCad is a web-based classical architectural design platform that provides access to historically inspired 3D models, design tools and export functionality. The Service includes both free and premium features, which may vary by subscription tier.

3. User Accounts

Access to certain features—such as exporting files or saving projects—requires registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Intellectual Property

All 3D models, software, designs, and related content provided through ClassiCad are protected by intellectual property and database rights. While our models are based on historical sources, their digital form is original work.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

While every effort is made to ensure accurate interpretations of historical architectural sources, ClassiCad does not guarantee full historical precision. Any use of our models in professional or construction contexts is undertaken at your sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClassiCad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases automatically. Eligibility for refunds following termination is determined in accordance with our refund policy.
